activity is important for good health. According to the Department of
Health and Human Services 2008
Physical Activity Guidelines for
Americans, you need to do two types of physical activity each week
to improve your health–aerobic and muscle-strengthening.
Most weight loss occurs because of decreased caloric
intake. However, evidence shows the only way to maintain
weight loss is to engage in regular physical activity.
Physical activity reduces the risks of cardiovascular
disease, colon cancer and diabetes and
obesity. it also

Reduce risk for type 2 diabetes, heart attack, and
Reduce symptoms of depression and anxiety
