Job Title: Marketing Business Associate
Supervises: None

Skills and Competencies:

  • Ability to operate all instruments and use the computer to perform the job
  • Ability to communicate and make presentations to customers
  • Ability to read and document accurately and completely daily activities
  • Ability to develop health initiative proposals for clients

Responsibilities:
  • Demonstrates technical selling skills and product knowledge in all areas listed
    above that allows associate to  give effective presentation of Services.

  • Develops a database of qualified leads through referrals, telephone
    canvassing,  direct mail, email, and networking.

  • Assists in the implementation of company marketing plans as needed.

  • Creates and conducts effective proposal presentations and documenting
    responses

  • Identify business problems in health care, and suggesting preventive solutions
    to their problems

  • Responsible for sourcing and developing client relationships and referrals.

  • Maintains accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales
    calls, presentations, closed sales, and follow-up activities

  • Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and
    ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.

  • Participate and contribute to the development of educational programs offered
    to clients, prospects and company employees.  

  • Answer incoming calls with a professional greeting

  • Participate in year-end inventory and cycle counts.

  • Any other tasks as assigned from time to time by any manager
